Porsche 904- 1960's Street Legal Racer

Porsche 904- 1960's Street Legal Racer- The historic and highly sought after Porsche 904 was introduced in 1964 to replace the Porsche 718 in 1964. 105 were made in order to qualify for FIA GT racing.

The street legal version featured a 155 horsepower four cylinder engine with the race version outputing 180 hp at 7000 rpm.

The 904 was later fitted with a 2 liter flat eight winning a number of class victories and taking the 2.0 class World Champion in 1964 and '65.

If you're in the market for one today, pack the suitcase with $2 million dollars or so.

You Remember My Old Chevy? Nice car, green on green. Had the 350. Ran like a top and everything worked. It's downfall was the tons of road salt we throw on the roads to make them passable by the oldies and the trendies.
